Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Systems, operated by Raymond Naylor (sole trader, Australia, ABN 87 716 389 234), collects and handles personal information through the RAY app.
What we store
- Account: email, display name, avatar URL, sign-in provider (e.g. Google).
- App data you create: chat messages, memory facts, notes, journal entries, recordings (audio is stored as you create it), generated files/images, calendar events, medications, alarms, finance transactions.
- Sensor data is processed on your device. The app stores aggregates you choose to save (e.g. step counts, GPS points) but does not stream raw sensor feeds to our servers.
- Billing: customer ID, plan/price ID, subscription/lifetime status. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage metering: monthly counts of AI chat messages, images and voice seconds.
- Feedback you submit, including any contact info you choose to include.
How we use it
- To run the Service: authenticate you, store your data, provide AI features, meter quotas and process payments.
- To improve the Service and fix bugs.
- To respond to support requests and feedback.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties (processors)
- Supabase – database, authentication, storage.
- Stripe – payments.
- Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini and similar models) – AI inference for chat, images, vision and translation.
- Cloudflare – hosting / edge runtime.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from within the app (Memory, Notes, Journal, etc.) or by emailing nexus.systems.au@gmail.com. You can delete your account on request and we will erase your stored personal data, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
Australian Privacy Principles
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you believe we have mishandled your data, contact us first; if you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser localStorage to keep you signed in, remember your settings (e.g. RAY voice on/off), and run offline tool data on your device.
International transfers
Our processors may store and process data in the United States, the European Union and other regions. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
Security
Data is stored with row-level security so each user can only access their own rows. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password and keep your device safe.
Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
