Terms of Service

RAY ("the Service") is operated by Raymond Naylor (sole trader, Australia), trading as Nexus Systems. ABN: 87 716 389 234. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children. Some features (paranormal tools, mystic content) are presented for entertainment and personal interest only.
2. Accounts & security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Plans, billing & ownership
The Free (Seeker) tier includes the offline / device-only tools. Paid tiers (Initiate, Adept, Oracle) unlock AI features (chat, image generation, voice, vision, web search, translation, code/file generation). Paid AI usage is metered against the limits shown on the Billing page.
All content, code, branding and software comprising the Service remain the property of the operator. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service while your account is in good standing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; harass, threaten or harm any person; generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, or non-consensual intimate imagery; impersonate others; attack, probe or scrape the Service; or to attempt to bypass quotas, billing, authentication or rate-limits.
Zero tolerance: illegal content or attempts to generate it will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
5. AI output
AI features generate content automatically. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must independently verify anything you rely on. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice. See our AI Disclaimer.
6. Sensor tools (Speedometer, Pedometer, GPS, EMF, Compass, etc.)
These tools read raw data from your device's sensors (GPS, accelerometer, magnetometer, microphone) and display it as-is. Accuracy depends entirely on your device hardware, OS permissions and environment. They are not certified instruments and must not be used for navigation, medical, legal, occupational, automotive or safety-critical purposes.
7. Paranormal & mystic tools
Spirit Box, Ouija, EVP, Tarot, Pendulum, Scrying, Runes, I-Ching, Astrology, Numerology, Dream Decoder, Chakra Scan, Crystal Guide and similar features are provided for entertainment only. They make no claim of supernatural accuracy and must not be relied upon for any real-world decision.
8. No refunds
All sales of subscriptions and lifetime purchases are final. See our Refund Policy.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Australian Consumer Law & statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any provision of these Terms that would otherwise contravene such a law is read down to the minimum extent necessary to give it effect. Where liability for breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the affected service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably consider harmful to other users or to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia (and the Commonwealth of Australia where applicable). The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
13. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in force. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, AI Disclaimer and Report Abuse page constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
